What you can do online
The eLGU portal offers three services:
- Business permits (BPLS). Apply for a new business permit or renew one, and pay online. The system assesses the fees and taxes for you.
- Birth certificate copies. Request a Local Civil Registry copy of a birth certificate.
- Cedula (Community Tax Certificate). Individuals and companies can apply and pay for their CTC online.
For other services, such as real property tax or building permits, go to City Hall or call first.
